  • 2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4 lb total)
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp dry rub

Method

  1. Heat oven to 300F and line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. Coat ribs with mustard, season with dry rub, and wrap tightly in foil.
